Acacia passed away peacefully at home on 28th November 2021 aged 6 years surrounded by all the love of her family.
A much loved Daughter, Sister & Granddaughter “Who filled our hearts with pride and left us with a sparkle that will never fade.”
A service for Acacia will take place on Monday 13th December, Crewe Crematorium Chapel at 12.15pm
