Agnieszka passed away in St Luke’s Hospice on 15th February aged 49 years.  The beloved wife of Tomasz and devoted mum of  Jakub and Emilia.  She will be fondly remembered and so sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Agnieszka’s funeral will take place at St Mary of the Immaculate Conception RC Church Crewe on Wednesday 1st March at 10.30am followed by Cremation at Crewe Crematorium Chapel.
