Angela sadly passed away on 6th July in the care of Leighton Hospital, knowing she was loved. Angela, aged 74 years, the beloved wife of Dennis, loving mother of Kevin and Amanda and cherished nanny of Chloe, James, Curtis and Freya.

Angela was born on Thursday 7th December 1944. She went to school at West Street Infants and Juniors and then to Ludford Street, she was popular with both the teachers and fellow pupils alike. From an early age she showed the kind heart and goodness that would serve her well in her future career as an auxilliary nurse.

After leaving school she worked for a short time for Evelyn Wilson and at Mothercare until she found her true vocation, a nursing career in intensive care at Leighton Hospital, where she served her community for over 30 years.

Angela is described by her family as someone who was kind and supportive, she adored her grandchildren. She loved her home and her family meant everything to her. This kind, brave and big-hearted wife, mum, nanny and good friend to many will be so sadly missed and forever loved by everyone who knew her.
