Ann passed away at The Royal Stoke University Hospital on 30th March aged 65 years. The beloved wife of Pete,  loving mum to Jason, Gary, Wayne, Carl and Melissa and devoted nan.

Ann’s funeral will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Friday 14th April at 3.30pm

Donations in memory of Ann will be gratefully received for The Kidney Unit, Royal Stoke University Hospital.
