Barry John Daly

“I carry your heart with me.”

Barry passed away suddenly on the 5th June.  The beloved husband of Judith, loving dad of Gavin, Kellyanne, Laura and Michelle. Also a cherished grandad of Lewis, Bradley, Holly, Harry, Alfie, Elliesue and Freyeja. Barry attended the Blessed John Sherd school. He was a Railway depot supervisor and later trained to drive Heavy Goods vehicles, driving for Bailey’s Cheese. He worked in many capacities for Crewe Alexandra, spanning three decades,  where he met Judith who was a steward there. They were married in 2000. Barry continued to work as a taxi driver for himself, undertaking Special Needs and School Runs contracts from Cheshire East Council.

Barry’s funeral will take place on Friday 21st June at 1.20pm in the Crematorium Chapel, Crewe. Donations in memory of Barry will be welcome for Breast Cancer and Macmillan.
