Loving mum of Elaine and Paul. Also a cherished grandma and great grandma who will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
Born on Friday 17th December 1926, the only child to proud parents Walter and Miriam, the family lived in Sandbach where Betsy also went to school. After her education she worked in a silk mill and also at Wright’s paperworks. She retired when she was 60.
She loved knitting and embroidery, especially making things for the children and eventually the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Betsy was a lady who knew her own mind, she knew what she liked.
