Brian sadly passed away after a well fought illness at home with his family, aged 65 years.
The loving dad of Christopher, devoted grandad of Miya and dearest brother of George, Beryl and the late Archie and Terry.
Born in Weaverham, a bright lad at school and would follow his siblings around and get up to all sorts of mischief. His working life was at Crewe Works.
After marrying, his son Christopher was born and Brian would encourage Christopher to enjoy the same sports as he did. Particularly football, pool and darts. He was a very keen darts player and even represented Cheshire going on to beat Leighton Rees.
As an Everton supporter, Brian followed his team, even to the see them win the European Cup in Rotterdam.
He became a proud grandfather and spent as much time with Miya as he could once he had retired.
Brian’s health has deteriorated over the last five years and he has been frustrated at the way this has impacted on his quality of life. He died peacefully at home on Sunday 21st January 2018.
Brian will be sadly missed and remembered with affection by all his family and friends.
Brian’s funeral will take place at the Crematorium Chapel in Crewe on Monday 19th February 2018 at 12noon, followed by committal.
