“Memories are precious they don’t go away. We think of you always and not just today.”
Carol passed away peacefully on the 15th March in the care of Leighton hospital, aged 70 years knowing she was loved and cared for by her devoted family.
The wife of the late David, with whom she shared 50 wonderful years together. Loving mum of Claire and Helena. Cherished nan of Jamie and Rhiana. Also loving sister of Paul, Hazel and Michael.
Carol was born on Saturday 8th October 1949 to proud parents Harry and Edna on the Wirral. She attended Wistaston Green and Kingsway High School in Crewe and after her education she worked for Chester Barrie, before eventually returning to Wistaston Green school as a dinnerlady.
She loved dress making, reading, doing crosswords and puzzles and cake baking in her spare time.
Carol was an easy going lady, brave and firm but fair. She will be so sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all her family and everyone who knew her.
