David sadly passed away on the 15th March in the care of Leighton hospital, aged just 58 years.

The beloved husband of Brenda. Loving father of Karl, Melissa, Lee and Rebecca. Cherished grandad of Leah, Luke, Ivy, Jake and Hugh. Also dearest brother of Deborah. Dave will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.

Born on Saturday 8th April 1961 to proud parents Dot and Norman in Chester. The family eventually moved to Crewe and he attended Ludford Street school.

After his education he worked for the railways and also at Bentley for 16 years. A hard working man, he even went straight back to work shortly after having a blood clot on his brain!

Dave loved a game of golf and enjoyed watching Only Fool’s And Horses and quiz shows on television. He loved playing board games and social gatherings and parties were a big thing for Dave. Favourite holiday destinations included Cornwall, Blackpool and Tenerife. In fact this was where Brenda and Dave would spent their 25th Wedding Anniversary together.

Dave was a happy man with a dry sense of humour, a real people person, he would chat to anyone.
