Graham passed peacefully away on the 3rd of September at Leighton Hospital, knowing her was loved by his devoted family, aged 82 years. The beloved husband of Janet, dearest dad of Richard and Philip and a cherished grandad.
His funeral will take place on Thursday 19th September in St Michael’s and All Angel’s Church, Crewe Green, at 12 noon, followed by burial in the churchyard.
Graham was born on 30th October 1936 to parents Doris and Reginald. He was one of three children, himself, his sister Brenda and his brother, the late Guy. He attended Sandbach School. After school he did his National Service in the Reme, where he enjoyed boxing.
He later started work at Foden’s Wholesale Family Business. When he was young he enjoyed playing rugby for Crewe and Nantwich Rugby Club. After he retired he enjoyed gardening and riding his bike to different pubs where he knew someone in every pub, except one. He travelled all around the mediterranean on booze cruises with friends. Graham had a saying for every conversation.
