Grahame passed away in Leighton Hospital on the 20th April aged 72 years. A beloved husband of Margaret and devoted Dad and Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Grahame’s funeral will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Tuesday 9th May at 2.45pm.
