"Memories are precious, they don't go away. We think of you always and not just today."

“Memories are precious, they don’t go away. We think of you always and not just today.”

Jane passed away at Leighton Hospital on  Saturday 1st February, aged only 54 years. The beloved partner of Malcolm, loving mum of Mark and Emma and dearest daughter and sister. Jane was born in Shrewsbury but moved to Crewe and attended Shavington High School. After leaving school she worked for Chester Barrie and later cleaning for the elderly, but this wasn’t like work for jane because she loved spending time with them and always did more for them than just clean.

Jane loved animals, especially cats and dogs and she also kept ducks, chickens, a tortoise and fish in fact her home has been described as a local Menagerie and no stray animal would ever be refused a home. She enjoyed holidays to Looe, in Cornwall and day trips to Conwy. She was always smiling, bubbly and fun loving. Jane was kind hearted, selfless and caring and alway put others before herself. She has donated her organs to help others.

Jane’s funeral will take place on Friday 14th February in The Cemetery Chapel, Crewe, at 11.30am  followed by burial in Meadow Brook Cemetery.

I was at high school with Jane, after school and in the holidays we would spend many days just laughing and joking about anything and nothing. We would go on many a day trip with her mum and dad, when her dad was a coach driver. She was always fun and easy to be around. x
