Jeffrey Charles Price

Jeffrey Charles Price, fondly known as Jeff, a beloved dad to Angela, Graham,
Jeffrey, David, Janice and Caroline, father-in-law to . Much loved grandad of
Michelle, Lyndsey, Shaun, Lesley, Lucy, Jason, Chantelle, Cory and Destiny a dear
brother to George and Beryl and the late Neville, Ken, Rowley and dear Yvonne who
sadly passed away just after Jeff, he was also a father in law, brother-in-law, uncle
and a good friend to many.
We welcome the loved ones and friends watching via webcast especially his son
Jeff in Australia.
Jeff was born in Crewe eighty-six years ago on 18 th November 1934. He became an
apprentice joiner at Crewe works and once he qualified, he remained there for the
remainder of his working life apart from his two years of National Service in the Army
which he apparently hated every minute of!
He loved his family and had many good friends, he looked forward to them popping
in and was known for asking if they wanted a tea, coffee or cocoa.
Jeff was a real nature lover and like Dave had a passion for birds, latterly they were
of the feathered variety and he was a popular member of the dart’s circuit and took
on top players like John Lowe.
Many things made him laugh especially the Two Ronnies and one of the few things
he really disliked were door to door salesmen!

Jeffrey passed away peacefully in his own home on the 15th January, aged 86 years.

A service to celebrate Jeff’s life will be held at the Crematorium Chapel, Crewe on Thursday 28th January at 12.15pm, followed by cremation.
