Jennifer passed peacefully away in Glan Clwyd Hospital, St Asaph on Friday 18th October, aged 70 years. The beloved wife of Graham, loving mum of Kay and Antony,cherished grandma of Jamie and dearest sister and friend, who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Jennifer was born on Monday 25th October 1948 in Crewe, to loving parents Margaret and Ted Dale. She attended Shavington High school. After leaving school she went to work at Chatwins Bakery, followed by Rolls Royce. She met Graham when she was only sixteen and they married three years later and purchased a bungalow in Shavington. Kay their first child was born here and later Antony. When the children started school Jennifer started work as caretaker of Weston School, where she stayed until she retired. Jennifer and Graham then moved to West Wales and later to Abergele.  She was a member of the Abergele Art group and was a  talented artist. Since retiring Jennifer and Graham have enjoyed several cruises including the mediterranean and Norway. She was a kind and generous person who loved to be around people .

Her funeral will take place on Tuesday 5th November at 11.00am in Denbighshire Memorial Park Crematorium, St Asaph. The family would ask  for no flowers please, but Donations in memory of Jennifer are welcome to be shared equally between Shelter and Centre Point.

    That is a beautiful photograph of Auntie Jennifer. It captures her as being the kind, generous, friendly and humourous person that she was.
