Hannah passed away peacefully in the care of Leighton Hospital on 14th May 2018.

The beloved wife of the late Derek. Much loved mum of Maria and Derek and the late Stephan, Christopher and Karen. Also a cherished nana, great nana and good friend. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by everyone who knew her.

Hannah’s funeral will take place on Monday 11th June at St. Mary’s church, Wistaston at 11am, followed by burial in the churchyard.
