Kieran John Bailey

“You will always be in our hearts and wherever we go, and whatever we do, we will take you with us”

Necessary restrictions meant there were fewer people in the chapel but the
ceremony was attended by many people outside and via webcast. During early
lockdown Kieran thought he was TikTok famous with thousands of views. His
Instagram signature was KIIZB and he had enough followers to get JayZ worried
Kieran was a larger-than-life personality, the memory of him will live forever and the
show will go on.
Kieran was just 26 years old, he had aspirations and dreams, there were things he
still wanted to achieve in his life, he had a huge path of success mapped out, he had
a responsible job, an amazing mum his best friend who was in his contacts as Mel, ,
a loving dad, his brother, his grandparents, his beloved Bessie mate Hanna from his
childhood. December 2019, he met the love of his life, the man he wanted to marry,
his gorgeous JD who he wanted to grow old with, the one that stole his heart and
made him go all googly eyed, romantic and loved up. Kieran was at a turning point
in his life, that great adventure stretched out ahead of him, but he was suddenly
short of years.
Kieran’ life was all about music everything he did was a grand performance, he loved
having fun. He was a great giver of laughter and will always be remembered for his
infectious grin which rarely left his face and his mischievous sense of humour, which
he used to greatest effect when winding others up or scheming once he decided he
was going to win Jack over!
The ceremony was planned with love and care, the stunning order of service
designed by Claire epitomised his quest to achieve better things in life, he was
incredibly tenacious and ambitious, he was a confident and capable young man who
worked from an early age to get the latest phone. He loved designer clothes, pink
champagne, he knew he had all the qualities to succeed in life.
At the age of thirteen he had a paper round. Melanie had the job of waking him and
Hana went along too. They both got a Saturday job selling Wrights Pies or Pukka
Pies from the tea bar under the stand at the Alex.
He also worked at the Crewe Arms Hotel; although he very often arrived at work,
made an entrance then got straight on the phone to Hana at every opportunity! After
a month, he experienced the first feeling of promotion when they gave him a
waistcoat!
He started driving lessons as soon as he was seventeen and passed on his second
attempt and loved driving; he loved his cars.
He got a job at sports direct, he achieved ‘A’ Levels and three years at South
Cheshire College but wanted to earn money as soon as he could. His career started
at Aldi in Nantwich then after turning eighteen he progressed to the tills. The
Manager, Paul Taylor was instrumental in sending Kieran to other branches to cover.
Paul opened the Earl of Crewe branch and took Kieran with him at management
level. As expected, Kieran quickly shone and was offered the Store Manager
position at Birchwood in Warrington, an achievement to be proud of as the youngest
manager, successfully turning the store around.
In December 2018 he was offered Stockton Heath. Whist starting at a new store on
top of Christmas may have scared some, Kieran rose to the challenge and
absolutely smashed it. His pride and joy was a massive wine aisle and his Aldi
working family who were so close under his leadership.

Kieran could be like Marmite, most did love him but Kieran liked to be his own boss,
and was perfectly capable.
Kieran and Hana shared a home in Middlewich, Kieran met his partner Jack on 1 st
December and Kieran tried hard to get Jacks attention. He succeeded and went on
their first date but then due to lockdown, theirs was one of the successful love stories
born out of the restrictions forced on everyone.
Kieran and Jack became soulmates and had wonderful plans for the future together,
to move nearer to Warrington and get engaged in New York. They had planned their
wedding song, Golden by Harry Styles, it was played in honour of their love story as
well as some of Kieran’s favourite tracks, Empire State of Mind, Love Me Like You
Do, You’ve Got a Friend in Me and Holiday by Little Mix. A beautiful slide show
lasting twelve minutes lovingly created by Jack showed some truly lovely memories.
Kieran will be much missed and loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing
him.

Unexpectedly on 24th January 2021 aged just 26 years, Kieran passed away.

He touched the lives of so many people and will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

A celebration of Kieran’s life took place on Friday 12th February 2021 at Crewe Crematorium.

Family flowers were received in memory of Kieran.
