Sadly Lewis passed away on the 21st November aged 22 years.
A much loved son, brother, uncle and cherished friend who will fondly remembered and so sadly missed.
Lewis’s funeral will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Friday 15th December at 1pm
Donations in memory of Lewis will be gratefully received for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital
