Pam passed away peacefully at Leighton Hospital on 9th May 2021 aged 63 years.
The Beloved daughter of Lily & The Late Wilf. Loving Mum of Nathan, Matthew, Natalie & The Late Mark. Cherished Grandma of Matthew & Alysha. Dear Aunty & Friend to many.
Pam’s funeral will take place on Thursday 27th May at St Marys RC Church, Crewe followed by a burial in Meadowbrook Cemetery.
Family flowers only and Donations are being collected for St Luke’s Hospice & The Stroke Ward at Leighton Hospital.
