Patricia Mary Brown (Pat)

Peacefully at Bentley Manor, Pat passed away on the 22nd August, aged 84 years. The beloved wife of the late Bill, much loved mum of Susan, Roger and Julie. Also a cherished nana and dearest sister who will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Pat’s funeral will take place on Friday 6th September at 12.40pm in the Crematorium Chapel, Crewe.

She was born in Plymouth on 25th August 1934 and was one of 8 children.  She worked in Green Bank Hospital for a time but her main role was to stay at home to look after her children, securing a job as a dinner lady to provide an extra income. Pat was happily married to Bill for 45 years and they enjoyed many holidays together going to Plymouth in the school holidays when the children were young,also to Malta and Spain. Pat was a quiet person who enjoyed knitting and visiting National Trust homes.
