Sam passed away at Alder Hey Childrens NHS Foundation Trust on Friday the 12th of July aged 12 years.

The beloved son of Michelle and Ian, much loved brother to Chloe, cherished grandson to David, Sonia, Roy and the Late Gill and a special friend to many who will be so fondly remembered and sadly missed by all that shared his life.

Sam’s funeral will take place at St Marys of the Immaculate Conception on Friday 9th August at 12pm followed by burial at Nantwich Cemetery

    Our much loved friends Ian , Michelle & Chloe we are so sorry for the loss of Sam (the superhero) . Sam will be missed by anyone lucky enough to of loved and known him.
    The world just isn’t as bright without Sam.
