Peacefully on 23rd November 2020, Susan sadly passed away aged 75 years.
The beloved wife of Ian, loving mum of Philip & Melanie, cherished nan of Jamie, Liam, Dan, Sophie and Ryan.
Sue was a Lancashire lass, born in Prescot on 24th September 1945. Despite being an only child, Sue was never short of company as she had many cousins who were her constant playmates whilst the family remained close at hand.
Sue moved with her family to Wrenbury and later to Nantwich. Having left school, she attended the training college on Totty’s Hall where she studied shorthand and typing later securing a job at Pritchard’s Garage in Nantwich.
She met her future husband Ian on a day trip by coach to Blackpool.

Over time the family grew with the arrival of grandchildren; Jamie, Dan, Ryan, Liam and Sophie and great grandchildren; Lacey, Bobby, and Molly
Sue played darts for the Flying Lady, she enjoyed an occasional flutter on the horses and more recently had taken to playing online games.
She was an ardent follower of the fortunes of Crewe Alexandra one of the high spots was when she travelled to Wembley Stadium to watch the Alex play Cheltenham in the Johnston’s Paint Trophy. The day was made all the sweeter when the Alex won the game and brought the trophy back to Gresty Road.
Theatre trips were much appreciated and she also enjoyed live music shows.
Susan will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
